We are currently looking for a Head of Mobility based out of the US (remotely). The Head of Mobility will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our partnerships with mobility companies- relocation management companies (RMCs) and corporate housing providers (CHPs). The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure we are fully capturing the potential of each client partnership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate housing and relocation management, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in employee relocations.
What you will focus on:
- Onboarding new RMC or CHP partners
- Identifying and executing growth strategies for existing accounts, including becoming preferred supplier
- Liaising with guest services team to ensure client satisfaction
- Delivering group move proposals and client RFPs
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in corporate housing, relocation management, or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale relocation programs and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of relocation services, including temporary housing
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay Range
$210,000—$250,000 USD
