We are looking for a new team member to join our Holycode Crew as a Head of Marketing.
If you have previous experience as a Head of Marketing, CMO, Teamlead Marketing or similar, preferably for a Software Services or an IT Company, you are passionate about your job, a positive & solution oriented personality, who is willing to actively shape the values of our company- read and apply :)
Challenging things you’ll work on:
- Overseeing and steering the group marketing efforts
- Adjusting and improving our Marketing Strategy
- Working on our Go-to Market strategy for new markets together with our Growth Marketing Lead
- Leading the Marketing Team across our different units in a Matrix organisation
- End to End responsibility for our Marketing Budget, efforts and Lead Pipeline
- Participating in Networking Events, Presentations and get togethers
Your contribution to the team includes:
- Excellent knowledge of English
- A minimum of 3+ years of Experience in a leading Marketing role showing excellent results
- Self organised, structured, data driven, people centered and communicative way of working
- An open-minded, proactive and positive personality able to cooperate efficiently with other team members
- Experience within an international environment
- Ability to create impact with relatively small budgets
