Position Overview: 

As the Head of Marketing & Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth,  engagement, retention, creating a brand, and making strategic decisions based on data for VoyceMe. Your role will be critical in creating all growth KPIs, making strategic decisions based on evaluating content data, developing marketing campaigns, creating VoyceMe’s branding, building an all star team, and coordinating with all departments.  This role requires a creative thinker, a data driven strategic planner, and effective communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing objectives. You will be the head of VoyceMe’s growth and engagement. This position demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the consumer/media platforms, particularly manga, webtoons, and anime, creative ideas to bring anime to new people, and the ability to drive growth and change. We are looking for someone who wants to build the ultimate weeb experience!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership & KPI Ownership:
    Develop and execute comprehensive growth and marketing strategies that align with VoyceMe’s vision and ambitious goals. Own the creation of KPIs and define the channels, activities, and detailed plans to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.

  2. Campaign Ideation, Execution, & Performance Analysis:
    Conceptualize and launch innovative marketing campaigns across various channels—including social media, email, influencer partnerships, and more. Implement robust tracking systems and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

  3. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy:
    Lead product marketing efforts for new product lines, identifying key go-to-market opportunities and strategies to scale products. Ensure that product launches are supported by well-defined marketing plans that drive adoption and long-term success.

  4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and growth team, including social media, digital marketing, and community managers. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with product updates and overall brand strategy.

  5. Brand Building & Community Engagement:
    Cultivate a strong brand presence and narrative that resonates with creators, fans, and industry partners. Serve as a brand advocate by leading influencer and community marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and an authentic brand voice across all touchpoints.

  6. Digital Marketing & Market Research:
    Oversee performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, and work with the product team to integrate marketing feedback into platform enhancements. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  7. IP Marketing & Content Differentiation:
    Develop and execute targeted strategies to showcase our unique intellectual property across all channels. Leverage the distinctiveness of our content to position VoyceMe as a market leader. Collaborate with creative and product teams to craft compelling narratives that highlight what sets our IP apart, and use tailored campaigns to maximize growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Vision & KPI Management: Proven experience in developing comprehensive growth strategies and establishing clear KPIs to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Innovative Campaign Leadership: Expertise in conceptualizing, launching, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns, using robust tracking systems to optimize performance. You have past experience in “innovation”, creating out-side of the box, scrappy, marketing campaigns to lead significant growth.

  • Product Marketing & GTM Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading product marketing initiatives, identifying go-to-market opportunities, and scaling new product lines through strategic and well defined marketing plans.

  • Team Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing marketing teams while collaborating effectively with product, design, and engineering departments.

  • IP & Content Differentiation: Skilled in creating targeted strategies to showcase unique intellectual property and crafting compelling narratives that position the company as a market leader.
