We're at a pivotal moment: we need a visionary Head of Marketing, Growth & Demand Gen to join our founding team, craft our brand story, and scale our market presence. This isn’t just another marketing role—it’s a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of Pirros and establish yourself as the driving force behind our explosive growth. As Head of Marketing, Growth & Demand Gen, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy while building and driving strategies to accelerate revenue growth, fuel pipeline, and support our rapid expansion in the market.

What You’ll Own

  • Define and Execute the Marketing Strategy
    Partner with the founders to build a comprehensive, data-driven marketing roadmap that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term growth. Drive a best-in-class approach to multi-channel demand generation, incorporating paid media, inbound marketing, community, partner, field and more to reach and convert target audiences.

  • Drive Demand and Growth
    Develop an experimentation roadmap to test emerging growth channels, innovative marketing tactics, and new strategies. Implement successful experiments at scale to enhance lead generation and revenue growth.

  • Establish a Powerful Brand Identity
    Shape Pirros’ narrative and positioning, ensuring our messaging resonates across a $400B+ industry that’s ripe for disruption. Test and refine the company's positioning, narrative, and tone of voice to ensure the brand is presented authentically and consistently across all marketing channels

  • Leverage Data and Insights
    Utilize analytics to iterate on campaigns, optimize performance, and demonstrate marketing ROI that aligns with our rapid growth trajectory.

  • Work with the internal partners
    Own the various touch points across the customer journey to implement messaging cadences and personalization playbooks that optimize conversions.

  • Become a Strategic Business Leader
    As part of the executive team, your insights will directly influence company strategy, positioning you for future leadership roles within Pirros

Who You Are

  • A dynamic marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about making a real impact

  • Experienced marketer within tech or SaaS preferably at early-stage and high-growth B2B with a proven track record of scaling brands and driving measurable growth and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strategic and creative thinker, adept at balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution—turning innovative ideas into campaigns that deliver results

  • Data-Driven Decision Maker You believe in the power of data and analytics to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and prove success.

  • Exceptional communicator with excellent storytelling skills, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that engage diverse audiences across multiple channels.

  • You thrive in environments where speed, agility, and innovation are the norms. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and build something game-changing from the ground up.

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
