Head of IT and Security

To support media companies in their growth in this fast-paced media world, we deliver innovative software solutions on premise or web-based in the cloud that optimize the life cycle of their content across channels and services.

As part of our global leadership Team and reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, in the role of Head of IT and Security you are leading and overseeing our business and organization’s technology infrastructure and applications management, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and security operations.

Your challenge

• In this role, you design the global strategy of the organization’s IT landscape and infrastructure, in line with the needs, opportunities and priorities across Mediagenix as a growing global company.

• Drive the digital transformation. With your knowledge and expertise in technology solutions and applications, you advise and support the business leads in enhancing operational efficiency.
• Make sure the existing IT infrastructure is managed in the most effective way. 
• Ensure the seamless integration of business processes, and operational efficiency.
• Are responsible for ensuring data security and system efficiency to support business objectives.
• Manage and maintain critical business applications and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, by enabling all employees of Mediagenix to access suitable IT solutions and receive support which fulfils their expectations
• Support, develop and coach the Business Support team.

Your interests and skills

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in a similar international leadership role within a tech environment, supporting software development, cloud operations, and internal IT applications.
• Passionate about digital transformation, with the ability to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
• Proven track record in managing IT projects and initiatives effectively.
• Strong ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in building high-performing teams and fostering talent growth.
• Excellent communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
