We are looking for someone full-time remote (9-5 pm ET, with some flexibility for the right person).
The Work You'll Do
Innovation Leadership
- Design and drive initiatives that enhance client outcomes through cutting-edge process improvements and AI-driven technology deployment.
- Collaborate across departments to explore, prototype, and refine new technologies and service designs.
- Build systems to track and improve key metrics like client retention, gross margins, and SQL close rates.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to ensure we remain ahead of the curve, identifying opportunities to integrate AI into workflows and services.
- Network with agency leaders who are implementing technology driven process improvement.
Product Development & Deployment
- Guide marketing teams in translating big ideas into actionable plans, delivering tangible improvements in service quality and efficiency.
- Lead the development of AI-enhanced offerings from concept to market, applying validation, iterative testing and feedback loops.
- Equip our staff with the training and tools they need to excel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
- Train our staff to use the new processes, tools and techniques.
Strategic Integration
- Act as the bridge between technical innovation and business strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with our client services and operations teams to refine existing processes and maximize the impact of our proprietary technology.
- Monitor and iterate on deployments to ensure lasting success and measurable outcomes.

- Experience in overseeing the full lifecycle of AI-powered product creation and enhancement.
