The Senior Manager, HR will be overseeing HR strategy and successful execution of HR programs & initiatives in Hyderabad, India. The Senior Manager, HR will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the business's goals and objectives, providing strategic HR guidance, and collaborating with senior management to drive organizational success. This position requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition and talent retention, including an understanding of broad HR practices, leadership skills, and the ability to make informed decisions to support the business unit's needs. The role will oversee all aspects of HR for India and will partner closely with the COE’s: People Operations, Talent Enablement, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
Essential Responsibilities

You will be the HR country manager and will be responsible for leading our country's end-to-end talent strategy for India and will partner directly with senior leaders to execute and influence programs, policies and operations.

You will focus on talent across business lines to ensure deep and valuable understanding and knowledge of key talent and critical roles within the business and identify succession plans in order to ensure each function has quality and robust bench strength for key positions with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

Partner with managers to provide coaching with a focus on organization design, engagement strategies, building development plans for high potential talent, and helping with corrective action when needed.

You will drive efforts around employee engagement, ensuring follow up and action planning from annual employee surveys & Pulse survey.

You will play a key role in supporting HR/ business transformation projects and initiatives from planning and development through implementation from a people/ organizational strategy perspective

You will analyze data across a variety of sources to support business strategies, identify talent trends, make astute recommendations and drive change.

You will help drive performance management and compensation across the organization.

You will support investigations for employee relations issues and consult with the legal and compliance team on matters as required.

You possess a strategic mindset while also being ready to dive into the work in an environment that emphasizes hands-on execution.
