The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for a Head of Growth to join our team!

The Head of Growth is a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing Digible’s growth strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of the Growth Marketing Department, including campaign ideation, performance analysis, and team development. Working closely with the executive team and other senior leaders, the VP of Growth Marketing will identify opportunities to optimize marketing efforts, drive lead generation, and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving growth through innovative strategies and a deep understanding of digital marketing.

The Head of Growth will foster a collaborative environment within the department, ensuring alignment between team members and business objectives. By working closely with the Growth Marketing Team, the Head of Growth will provide strategic guidance, support innovation, and champion data-driven decision-making. This role serves as the primary liaison between the department and executive leadership, translating high-level goals into actionable strategies.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Team Oversight: Lead, mentor, and manage the Growth Marketing Team, including the Growth Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with client services, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on growth goals and messaging.
  • Campaign Direction: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and ROI.
  • Innovation: Identify emerging trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate into the growth strategy.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the growth marketing budget to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategic plans, performance insights, and growth opportunities to the CEO and executive team.
  • Client Management: Partner with client services to foster new client relationships and foster new relationships
  • Conference Direction & Management: Direct all aspects of Digible’s conference attendance and corresponding vendor management

How success will be measured:

  • Revenue Goal Achievement: Achievement of revenue and lead generation targets through effective growth strategies.
  • Return on Investment: The ability to align initiatives with overarching business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Leadership & Management: Development and performance of the Growth Marketing Team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, revenue management, performance marketing, or a similar role, including 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving measurable results.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a B2B or agency environment is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay, perks, and such:

  • Salary Range: $200,000-$250,000
  • 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
  • WFA (Work From Anywhere) OR 1 Day / Week Remote
