Your role and what you will be doing:

  • We are seeking an experienced Lead Technology Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Develop and execute our overall technology architecture and roadmap which includes CareScout.Com, B2B API strategy, CRM Platform, External and Internal system, Cloud hosting and deployment, Data Warehouse/Reporting, and A/B testing framework for systems supporting B2C and B2B2C customers. Deliverables include -
  • Architecture, roadmap and execution and talent plan
  • Rendering engine, CMS plan (keep/ get new)
  • Talent upgrade plan with skills
  • Establish a loosely coupled architecture that is resilient, modular, highly scalable and flexible to expand based on business direction. Deliverables include:
  • Architecture, roadmap and execution plan
  • CareScout.com and Search Engine Marketing – Deliverable includes:
  • Implement foundational frameworks to deliver a highly scalable and performant mobile first website that is SEO optimized and is designed for rapid development, and deployment and supports multiple A/B tests
  • Evaluate CRM implementation and rearchitect for growth and flexibility. Implement a loosely coupled architecture to reduce dependency and build scalability and resiliency. Deliverables include:
  • Architecture, modular deployment plan, decoupling plan for tightly integrated modules. Hosting plan, infrastructure to support fast paced deployments.
  • Develop and implement a data warehouse strategy for the business. Deliverables include:
  • Architecture and execution plan
  • Develop a B2B API strategy to acquire leads, and process invoices from our clients (providers)
  • Architecture and execution plan
  • Develop architecture for our new assessment platform, and a data entry tool for our field nurses
  • Architecture and execution plan
  • Develop architecture for our advise tool used by our customer service reps

  • Talent evaluation. Deliverables include
  • Upskill plan
  • Hosting, Deployment, DevSecOps. Deliverables include:
  • Review of current approach and new approach and roadmap to move to the new approach

A successful candidate for this role will be a master of both strategic thinking and tactical execution. You will have a knack for creative problem solving and relationship building, and a desire to create efficient, repeatable processes and programs for the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience as a hands-on technology architect/leader with 8 -10 years of experience in building supporting web, mobile, API platforms, data ware house
  • Full stack development skills (node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, React, JavaScript and other web frameworks, SQL, Data warehouse Skills)
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Tech SEO (Search Engine Optimization) leading market leading websites
  • 4.5 years of CRM experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Senior Care Industry
  • Experience in implementing Customer Data Platforms, Analytics tools, A/B Testing framework, marketing integrations
  • 2-3 years of experience in building web rendering engines
  • 4-5 years of experience in optimizing web sites for performance, including proven track record of improving Core Web Vitals as defined by Google
  • Experience in organization evaluation, upskilling, and reorganization multiple times
  • Experience in implementing data strategies and AI & ML based solutions
  • Full stack experience in supporting and executing web redesigns
  • Expertise in Google Search Console
  • Highly collaborative, results driven, team player

For candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan area, the base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $220,000 up to the maximum of $300,000. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 20% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.
