Job Description

Your playing field:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute best practice sales approaches for (top) customers.​
  • Key Account Management: Provide exceptional service and upsell opportunities to our top customers.​
  • Regulatory Support: Assist customers in navigating regulatory processes to optimize their use of our products.​
  • Team Leadership: Lead the CRM team for the Retail & Online Sports and Games verticals and manage the shift schedule.​
  • Event Management: Oversee event management and 1:1 sales approaches, including success definition and reporting.​
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in CRM, financial insights, and other departments to develop proactive sales strategies.

Qualifications

Which skills you bring to the pitch:

  • CRM/ Marketing Experience. Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the CRM space.​
  • Customer Focus. Strong background in key account management and customer service.​
  • Leadership Skills. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.​
  • Pro active. Approaching customers and stakeholder pro actively.​
  • Communication. Excellent communication skills, verbally and written (English is mandatory, German is a plus)​
  • Process oriented. Experience with regulatory processes and requirements in the relevant industries.​
  • Analytical mindset. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
