Your daily pitch:

As our Head of Corporate IT (m/f/x) you will lead and mentor internal teams of talented engineers ensuring that technology solutions across multiple geolocations are managed with the highest quality. You drive projects and innovations to maximize operational excellence and to make the life of our employees easier. You also ensure communication across all levels within the organisation and the success of the overall Corporate IT strategy.

Your playing field:

• You play a major role in the development and implementation of our Corporate IT strategy.
• You drive and deliver high-quality projects together with your teams while always focusing on the overall vision.
• You foster a culture of continuous improvements, introducing and maintaining cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
• You oversee a diverse team of motivated leaders and engineers focusing on different areas, i.e. Service Desk Admins, Internal Systems, Internal & External Networks, IT Bookmaking 24/7 Support.
• You believe in and encourage a collaborative and motivational leadership style while nurturing an environment that supports professional and personal growth.
• You not only implement solutions but also monitor, gather feedback and follow-up to measure the impact and success of your projects and communicate important topics to stakeholders and the organization efficiently.

Qualifications

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

• Qualifications. You hold a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in IT, Informatics, Computer Science, Software Development, Networking, Information Technology Management or a similar field.
• Experience. You bring a solid decade of professional experience working in Corporate IT or similar roles, including leadership roles (ideally Manager of Managers).
• People Management. You are a natural leader and inspire others while nurturing an environment that encourages and enables professional and personal growth.
• Project Management. You are an experienced Project Manager always focusing on the overall goal while developing and adjusting roadmaps and ensuring priorities are balanced. 
• Technical Skills. You have a good understanding of networks, encompassing MPLS and DC, along with practical experience utilizing tools crucial for Service Desk operations, Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory (AD), Office 365, collaboration, and productivity.
• Keeping Measures. You are capable of strategically defining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) while engaging with senior leadership, driving team progress and fostering continuous improvement strategies.
• Innovation. You are always on the hunt for new ideas and solutions to make things easier, to automate repeating tasks and to simplify processes.
