Site Reliability Engineering & Operations
- Establish and enforce SLOs/SLAs/SLIs across core services to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Build and refine observability practices, including logging, alerting, and tracing across distributed systems.

- Own the design, implementation, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Harness).
- Champion automation and testing practices that accelerate safe, frequent deployments across mobile and web apps.
- Partner with QA, Security, and Compliance to meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
Developer Advocacy & Platform Evangelism
- Serve as the internal advocate for infrastructure tools and cloud services, ensuring adoption and usability.
- Promote best practices through documentation, training, and collaboration with engineering stakeholders.
- Create feedback loops from developers to continuously improve internal tooling and platform offerings.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage and mentor a team of DevOps and SRE engineers; build an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with product engineering, data, and security teams.
- Hire and develop top talent as the function scales.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of technical experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, including senior leadership positions.
- Proven success managing multi-cloud (AWS + Azure) production environments with scale and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Harness, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SRE practices, including incident response, on-call rotation, and reliability metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of enabling and evangelizing infrastructure tools with product teams.
- Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.) preferred.
