Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Supervise 5 institutional reporting staff and 3 ITM reporting staff and manage/maintain the teams effectively
- Monitor report producing/reviewing process (including processes which are offshored/ outsourced) ,and review the process constantly
- Run/Participate client reporting related local/regional/global projects
- Resolve issues relating to the team/staff and the reports, reports to management team
- Communicate with local stakeholders (Sales/Investment/Products/IT etc.) and the overseas client reporting team/relevant IT team
Work Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Work experience in institutional client reporting (especially public pension and financial institution) and retail fund reporting
- Work experience in managing reporting team
- Broad knowledge in various investment products (equity, fixed income, alternatives)
- Broad knowledge in accounting (both SA and ITM), performance/ attribution
Formal Education:
- University graduate or above
License / Registration / Certification:
- CFA, CMA or similar certification is preferable
Skills / Other Personal Attributes
- Fluent in English speaking (mandatory)
- Good management skill
