Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Head of Brand and Content!
The Head of Brand is responsible for developing and delivering a compelling proposition which positions our brand, creates strong points of difference versus competitors and executes tactics which enhance brand awareness, engagement, customer retention and growth.
The role must deliver engaging and effective through-the-line and above-the-line marketing communication and content campaigns that enhance or defend brand value and reputation with our customer segments and support achievement of overall business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a small team.
- Enhance and defend brand reputation.
- Growth in unaided brand awareness.
- Measure and increase in brand preference/recall for key target groups.
- Drive in market consumers to the sales conversion tools on the website.
- Work closely with internal customer facing departments to develop and enhance existing consumer offerings and communication
- Deliver successful product launch marketing campaigns.
- Support the acquisition and retention campaigns amongst key customer groups.
- Understand business sectors and develop key customer, product and service propositions to the key stakeholders across these sectors.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Be educated to degree level in Marketing or Business related.
- CIM qualifications preferred.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Experienced B2B and B2C marketing specialist with proven track record with household/retail brand construction industry background.
- Solid hands-on marketing knowledge across the entire channel mix.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing channels and how content impacts them.
- Good numeracy - able to understand and measure success metrics and KPIs.
- Articulate, confident and creative communicator.
- Strategic, customer focused approach.
- Line management experience and the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Highly organised team player in wider business projects.
- Financially savvy - able to manage a significant budget.
- A confident presenter.
- Strong attention to detail and concise reporting skills.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
