We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25million of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK alone.

We've grown massively in a short period of time, and have operations in the UK, DACH and France. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery apps whilst continuing to service their core customers. In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market! Nobody’s growing as fast as us in the UK, and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey.

We are looking for a driven and capable Head of Account Management. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing all of our business relationships: with restaurants, with enterprise partners, and with the food delivery services. A team of account managers, reporting to you, will support you to implement our account management strategy which you will play a leading role in shaping.

The Role:

  • Commercial Relationships: you’re the face of our business and our ambassador to the world. You’ll develop strong relationships with our key partners, new and existing, to ensure we have a good base for future business development.
  • Communication and negotiation: you can employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure strategic focus with external stakeholders and effective collaboration with third-party providers.
  • Framework establishment: define what good looks like in account management, ensure consistency of standards across the team and the different relationships we manage, and play a leading role in shaping the overall company strategy for account management
  • People management: support your team of AMs to deliver maximum output, and flourish as professionals
  • Support our partners: you’re the first point of contact for our enterprise clients and you’ll be managing our major strategic accounts. You’ll provide our partners with support and guidance and link them in with the best people within the Peckwater team who can assist them with their needs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: you’re able to analyse large sets of data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within your strategic account portfolio.
  • Leadership: play a key role across the wider organisation as a member of the senior leadership team. You’re a great team player and are able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across other functions to drive growth in your portfolio.
  • Market knowledge: develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicate their value to partners.

About you:

  • 8 years in account management and/or business development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • You will have experience working in high-growth environments, especially a startup.
  • Fluent English, with a deep understanding of the UK market and culture.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • Highly capable relationship builder, with demonstrated success in driving business growth through partnerships/account management.
  • This is a hybrid working role, with three days from our London office

What We Do

Peckwater Brands is an operating platform that helps existing kitchen operators to make a success of food delivery. We allow our partners to decide their level of engagement: a software package that improves their own performance; a digital food license to produce one of our brands; or a full high-street dark kitchen fit-out if they decide that food delivery is the way to go.

They run the kitchen, we do the rest.
