The Head of A/B Testing & Growth manages all A/B testing across the organization. You’ll partner with Pricing, Marketing, Commerce and Product to guide testing strategy, ensure proper rigor, track all A/B tests, and ensure proper prioritization of all A/B tests. You have a strong track record of successfully running A/B testing teams and are able to drive data-driven decisions that impact the customer experience, revenue growth, and overall business strategy.
You’ll own the roadmap for experimentation, ensuring that tests are aligned with broader business goals, produce actionable insights, and optimize our pricing, product offerings, and conversion rates. This is a critical role to advance our testing capabilities, tools, and processes, ensuring we maintain a culture of rigorous experimentation across the organization.
About the role:
• Lead, develop, and manage a team responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests across our customer journeys
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Commerce, and Analytics to define the testing roadmap and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives
• Work with Analytics teams to interpret test results, generate insights, and make recommendations that drive actionable business decisions
• Implement and maintain testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to ensure best practices are followed
• Advocate for data-driven approach to decision-making across the company by clearly communicating the importance and impact of testing initiatives
• Report regularly to leadership team on the performance of tests, highlighting key learnings, wins, and opportunities for continuous optimization
• Ensure tests are set up with statistical rigor and appropriate sample sizes to provide reliable and valid results
• Drive innovation by staying updated on the latest A/B testing tools, techniques, and industry trends
About you:
• At least 6 years (we’d love more!) of experience leading A/B testing teams, with solid experience running experiments in subscription-based or SaaS companies
• At least 2 years (we’d love more!) managing and developing direct reports
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Commerce
• Deep understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies, including test design, execution, and analysis
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI or other analytics platforms
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target or Optimizely
• Strong knowledge of subscription-based business models with focus on driving lifetime value (LTV)
• Experience with pricing strategies, customer segmentation, or funnel optimization
• Ability to translate business goals into testing strategies and hypotheses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
