Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team. Human Capital Management focuses on the employee lifecycle by directly overseeing processes related to managing employee data. The role of HCM Specialist is crucial in ensuring the effective utilization and optimization of Workday’s HCM platform to support HR operations and strategic initiatives within the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong understanding of HR operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end HCM processes, maintaining employee record and executing updates for employees and contingent workers with accuracy of data management
- Manage other administrative tasks as part of the daily operations
- Handle employee concerns and foster a strong and positive customer experience in an efficient and highly satisfactory manner
- Participate in testing activities, identify, and raise issues to ensure seamless deployment of system changes
- Document processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure that knowledge base is up to date
- Update or create training materials depending on the needs and train new members
- Provide end-user support, T2 troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system functionality
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of the data by performing validation checks
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboard and analytics to provide insights into metrics and trends
- Lead or participate in projects related to operations, implementation of ideas and process optimizations
Key Capabilities/Experience
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as HCM Specialist or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of the HR processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to details
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of organization
- Ability to identify problems and find appropriate solutions
- Can significantly contribute to process improvements
- Fast learner, self-starter with can-do attitude and positive mindset
- Experience with Workday is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
- With intermediate to advanced Microsoft proficiency especially excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Can lead through influence without direct authority
- Comfortable in giving solicited and unsolicited feedback
