About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative HCM Consultant to be part of our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting HRIS systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core, Comp, Adv Comp, Learning.).
• Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
• Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.
• Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
• Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.
• Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
• Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.

About You

Basic qualifications

• 7+ years of functional experience across any combination of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Comp, Adv Comp, Learning
• Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
• Strong background in writing and executing test scenarios for Unit and End-to-End testing cycles.
• Good understanding of technical design documents, integrations and data conversion.

• Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with proficiency in partnering with various internal teams and customers .
• Ability to work across different SKU’s simultaneously.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Resourceful and adaptable; you’ll be comfortable working in a new role, using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy.
