We’re seeking an HCM Analyst to join our dynamic HR team and play a key role in translating business unit requirements into system capabilities. This will ensure we have the appropriate tools and processes to support our greatest asset – our employees. You will collaborate with HR leadership, business partners, and technical teams to lead design and process development.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

As an HCM Analyst, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate with internal customers to identify requirements, analyze functionality requests, and then design and implement HR technology solutions. 

  • Configure and maintain our HCM system and assist with the review and preparation efforts for semi-annual system updates.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on assigned system functionality. 

  • Provide problem resolution to system issues through education, communication or functionality changes. 

  • Use system knowledge to configure and deploy new functionality in accordance with project plans and train users on newly deployed functionality. 

  • Develop reports and dashboards to help facilitate business decisions. 

The successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 

  • At least two years of related work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 

  • Prior knowledge of Workday, including completion of Workday administration training in any of the following: HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Absence, Benefits, or other Workday functionality.

Texas Mutual Pay Transparency

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.

Base Pay Range: $82,633.60 - $102,076.80 Per Year

Flex-Hybrid Work Environment:

Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
