Design, simulate, and verify analog/mixed-signal and/or high-speed custom circuits in Logic die of HBM chip. Collaborate with cross site design and verification team members contributing to Fullchip integration and simulation. Perform Fullchip analysis and optimization of HBM power, performance and reliability with parasitic and behavioral modeling using industry-standard simulators. Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and debug activities. Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Position requires:

1. Mixed-signal verification;

2. Digital design principles, techniques, and standard methodologies;

3. RTL design language: Verilog or system Verilog;

4. Computer architecture and memory design and concept: SRAM design, DFT/ATPG/MBIST;

5. Using Cadence design tools, including Virtuoso;

6. Schematic entry and simulation using NCVerilog, Finesim, or Hspice;

7. Python language;

8. Designing chip layout circuits, circuit checking, documenting specifications, modifying and evaluating semiconductor devices and components;

9. Reviewing product requirements and logic diagrams for device definition;

10. Designing, fabricating, modifying, and evaluating semiconductor logic cells and modules.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $120,501.00 - $146,500 per Year. For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers
