Key responsibilities

  • Take an ownership to develop new hardware and products collaborating with Process, Hardware, Mechanical, Software, Electric engineering, and Safety teams.
  • Deeply understand current problems and provide solutions considering customer and internal development timeline.
  • Create project plan to meet customer and internal development timeline.
  • Work with suppliers to make new parts collaborating with mechanical engineers.
  • Track status of new hardware and products status including logistics of parts delivery.
  • Work with safety team to resolve any safety related items in product design and development phase as the highest priority.
  • Install new hardware to evaluate the function in AMAT lab within safety guidelines.
  • Summarize and report the issues with potential root causes, and explain action plan to resolve the issues.
  • Take an ownership to resolve issues collaborating with all team.
  • Make procedure for Best Known Methods (BKMs) to operate the new products including Startup and Preventive maintenance (PM).
    • Work with manufacturing team for new released hardware and products.

Experience:

  • > 5 years hands-on hardware experience on Endura, Producer, Etch, or any AMAT systems.

  • Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field
  • Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function

U.S. Salary Range:

$163,000.00 - $224,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
