Job Description
You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of hardware device planning, design, development, and delivery of IoT edge products to BXB Digital customers. Provides leadership in coordinating with various functional teams and customers to ensure successful completion of programs.

Lead multiple concurrent projects by driving hardware development schedules and adjust program scope and timing based on the needs of customers.

Set and lead PCB design, mechanical design and testing schedules.

Direct international ODM, CM and design houses to develop and manufacture delightful IoT devices.

Create and maintain hardware development processes that will deliver products on time, within budgets and meeting strategic and business requirements.

Responsible for tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to Management

Data-driven and analytical. While dealing with ambiguity, demonstrate the ability to clearly & effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across the org and up to senior leadership.
Experience
-
7+ years experience of technical program management working directly with hardware teams.

Strong experience with PCB, hardware enclosure and device development.

Experience managing contract manufacturers (CM), original design manufacturers (ODM) and external design houses.

Experience with hardware document control tools and hardware release processes.

Strong experience driving complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, confluence or other equivalent program management tools.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Preferred Experience

2+ years experience driving IoT wireless devices.

Experience developing ruggedized devices.

Experience with battery and sensor selection or development.
Qualifications
