The Oncology Marketing Project Associate will support planning and execution of marketing projects, collaborate with product managers and related functions, analyze data to derive insights, manage promotional content, and demonstrate financial planning skills to manage project expenses.

ROLE SUMMARY

  • This position is responsible for the support in planning and executions of the product marketing projects.
  • This position reports to MKT Lead and closely work with Product Managers as well as other related functions (e.g., Sales, Medical, etc)


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Implementation

  • Develops/Supports projects to deliver brand value to the customers (e.g., Symposia, Detailing campaign, etc)
  • Communicates with related functions for effective implementation of the marketing projects
  • Supports overall process for promotional contents management & review


Data analysis & tracking

  • Analyzes data from a range of sources and derive the implications from the analysis
  • Updates key performance index by utilizing multiple data sources


Expense Management & Operations

  • Demonstrates sound financial planning skill to manage expenses
  • Supports commercial operational works of projects (e.g., MAPP, PO, etc)


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Preferably 1 years of experience at sales or marketing in the Pharmaceutical Industry or the related Industry
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strategic and analytic thinking
  • Strong teamwork
  • High ethical standards (Integrity)
