As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will go through a robust and structured program spanning 12 months. The program would begin with a sales stint following which you’ll complete 2-3 project rotations across the function you have been hired in. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge while gaining hands-on experience in Haleon. On-the-job training is only a part of what we offer. In addition to having your own mentor to advise and support you throughout the program, you will also have remarkable access to our leaders and gain insight into all areas of the firm, giving you the tools to take your career in many directions within the function. Upon successful completion of the program, you will work with the program team to identify a permanent role.
