We are on the lookout for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Fisher & Paykel team! The role is responsible for providing top quality pre and post sales technical support for our Haier branded Air Conditioning products, with a hands-on approach to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional technical support for Haier Air Conditioning products to our customers

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of Haier Air Conditioning products

  • Manage and support installations and post-instillation health checks to ensure we meet customer expectations, time-lines and standards

  • Proven expertise in Haier Air Conditioning systems and technical support

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences

  • Strong problem-solving approach and the ability to work with enthusiasm and skill

  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing top-tier technical support

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven technical service industry experience (5+ years)

  • Developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally

  • Certifications / Qualifications Required:

  • Must have Electrical Practicing Licence

  • Must have a valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record

  • Approved Filler Licence (refrigeration)

  • First Aid Cert

  • Acceptable site work cards
