As an GxP Training Administration you are tasked to assist in implementation of GxP Training administration and Certification, and responsible for administration/utilization of Learning Management System at Batam. In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the completion of GxP Training Plan as defined for the site.
  • Ensure monitoring of timely training completion for management and operational associates.
  • Administration for the global learning management system for site to provide a consistent platform for management of training activities.
  • Ensure certification and training readiness for new operations and product transfer.
  • Working with respective function to manage GxP Training Certification program.

What Can You Bring to Alcon:

  • Associate degree or higher in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent
  • Need to at least understand GxP
  • Minimum 1 year experience, preferred in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization
  • Experience in leading a project would be added advantage
