Hiring hourly range: $93,000 – $97,000 (salary rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data).

The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, however, various hours may be required based on business demand.
As a GxP LIS Planner Scheduler, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:
Providing administrative support to the GxP Laboratory Instrument Support Department. Activities include but are not limited to:
- Work in CMMS database to add and update: Asset records, work orders, PM and calibration schedules, calibration test points and tolerances according to establish GxP parameters. Run reports to track, schedule, optimize as needed.
- Generate and assign monthly PM and Calibration work orders
- Review close calibration and PM work orders in the database.
- Process asset notification forms – for new assets to be added, or decommissioned. Update status, location, schedules for changes to assets.
- Perform or oversee GxP LIS department document management according to strict document control practices.
- Analyze and report data related to: overdue, backlog, received/ completed statistics and additional reports as requested for monthly reporting to Program Manager.
- Perform under minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment in problem resolution
- Maintain a strict schedule in order to be successful in the assignment and meet expected client service levels as established by the Company.
- Comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Assists in training and development of subordinate staff.
- Comply with established safety and environmental procedures.
- Comply with and enforce Amentum policies and safety practices, procedures, and guidelines such as job hazard analysis, lockout/tagout, and the use of PPE.

As the GxP LIS Planner Scheduler, you will be expected to:

Communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone
- Ability to work closely with customer during site emergencies.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, i.e., listening to customer needs, articulating path forward and giving solutions that provide value to the customer, etc.
- Consistently adhere to strict GxP requirements for auditable documentation controls in order to provide information to customer or regulatory personnel.
- Strive for quick complaint resolution; to resolve problems on the first call and avoid escalation of issues through operational knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
- High school graduate or demonstrated equivalent.
- 1.5 Years planning in a pharmaceutical lab environment or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of a CMMS such as MAXIMO, EAMS or equivalent database systems.
- Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and be able to successfully complete a fit test for several types of respirators.
- Ability to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location.
- Ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen. Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.
- Ability to obtain an appropriate driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, as requested.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
Some physical/special requirements include:
- Regularly lift to 50 lbs
- Regularly climb ladders, steps, and scaffolding
- Repetitive motions: bend, stoop, squat, kneel, stretch, reach, wrist movement
- Walk extensively throughout the plant during shift
- Work at an accelerated pace in emergency conditions
- Ability to differentiate colors pertaining to wire color-coding
- Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
- Cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment.
Preferred Requirements
- Technical degree preferred.
- Experience working in a GMP or similar regulated environment such as hospitals, biomedical or pharmaceutical campuses.
- Experience in employee and subcontracted GxP work coordination in a predictive and reliability-based FDA regulated laboratory instrument services program.
- Experience studying a variety of complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
