ID Technologies has a distinctive product, services and integration practice selling Enterprise IT Solutions to Worldwide Public Sector markets. IDT holds significant IT Prime contracts within the US government market including, NASA SEWP, ITES 3H, ITES SW2, GSA Schedule, CIO-CS and has access to various other IT contract vehicles utilized by US DOD Agencies. These contracts are leveraged by our sales staff to pursue DOD opportunities.
About the Role:
The Senior GWAC Manager to manage a team of Program Managers across ID Tech’s portfolio of GWAC/IDIQ contracts. This professional must have the commitment, desire, and work ethic necessary to lead the expansion of ID Tech’s contract portfolio direct to customer and within CACI. The role requires communication skills, strategic thinking, program execution and delivery, proven partnership management, and relevant and current relationships with senior executives across the customer base. The selected candidate will be responsible for all reporting and program deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- The Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)/Government Wide Access Contract (GWAC) Vehicle Manager will manage contract performance and deliverables on the company IDIQ and GWAC contract vehicles.
- Serve as Program Manager for current and future company GWACs and IDIQs, to ensure full contract compliance and timely internal and external task order communications. Current GWACs/Contracts to include NASA SEWP V, Army CHESS ITES-3H/ITES SW-2, NIH CIO-CS, GSA Schedule 70
- Manage team of Program Managers and Sales Administrators to maintain program performance and execution of sales/contract administration
- Management and responsibility for all reporting and contract deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule
- Maintain active catalog of clins across all contracts and work with internal and external stakeholders to keep contracts compliant
- Educate potential government customers, industry partners, and internal team members on the company value proposition and the features and benefits of the contract vehicles
- Understand and utilize market trends, mission priorities, and customer goals with respect to Multiple-Award Contracts to position company for current and future task orders/delivery orders
- Obtain pursuit and resource approvals through internal gate review process, streamlined for IDIQ/GWAC submissions
- Support the development of Market Research Responses and Request for Task Order Proposals stemming from solicitations on Company Vehicles
- Identify, qualify, and lead capture efforts for new contract vehicles
- Work with subject matter experts and teams to develop quick turn proposals that speak to the client’s needs
- Overall responsibility of assigned master level contract deliverables and compliances
- Support ID Technologies/CACI capture and proposal efforts for specific Master GWAC/IDIQ Contracts, inclusive of interfacing with the customer(s), teammates and meeting internal requirements
- Monitor and manage potential Task Orders (TO's)/Delivery Orders (DO’s) on GWAC/IDIQ contract vehicles, develop a capture strategy, including identification of partners
- Makes bid/no-bid recommendations on GWAC/IDIQ opportunities
- Qualifies task order RFPs released under the GWAC/IDIQ vehicles to develop, assess, and recommend strategies for applying company functional strengths and capabilities toward the pursuit of individual task orders/delivery orders
- Support the development and maintenance of repeatable proposal development procedures/artifacts tailored to best practices for the specific IDIQ/GWAC contract
- Assisting Business Development Executive/Sales teams with capture and research
Qualifications:
- University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience, and minimum 10 years related work experience.
- Demonstrated Program Manager experience/capability to ensure full contract compliance and timely internal and external task order communications.
- Experience managing a team of Program/Project Managers and Sales Administrators to maintain program performance and execution of sales/contract deliverables
- Experience managing all reporting and contract deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,800 - $219,600
