The Growth Project & Automation Manager is a critical operations and enablement role within the Growth team, responsible for driving process efficiency, AI and automation implementation, and cross-functional project management to accelerate execution across web, content, SEO, and broader growth marketing. This role sits at the intersection of content, web, SEO, marketing operations, and automation, ensuring our growth initiatives are executed seamlessly and at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own cross-functional project management for web, SEO, and content to ensure timely execution and seamless collaboration across teams;
- Develop scalable workflows and operational efficiencies to accelerate growth marketing initiatives;
- Optimize internal processes, aligning resources and ensuring cross-team execution efficiency;
- Implement and maintain AI-powered content workflows, helping automate research, ideation, and production;
- Identify and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency in content repurposing, personalization, and distribution;
- Collaborate with internal AI teams to develop and refine custom AI-powered tools for marketing automation;
- Collaborate across the growth team to align on lead flow processes, campaign dependencies, and automation triggers across teams;
- Partner on defining shared workflows and timelines that connect content, web, and marketing operations workstreams;
- Support the evaluation and rollout of MarTech solutions by contributing process insights and helping ensure smooth implementation across cross-functional teams.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, operations, or growth;
- Experience working with AI-driven content automation, marketing technology, and automation platforms;
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including agile workflows and sprint-based execution;
- Ability to collaborate across teams, align stakeholders, and drive execution on high-priority initiatives;
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on scaling operations through AI and automation.
What we would love to see:
- Experience working in high-growth tech, healthcare, or SaaS environments;
- Familiarity with SEO, content production workflows, and web experience management;
- Experience leveraging AI tools for content, growth marketing, or operational efficiency;
- Ability to manage complex initiatives across teams and functions.
