  • Lead initiatives that enhance product virality, onboarding, and user engagement while constantly optimizing the user journey.
  • Partner with marketing teams to conceptualize and implement growth experiments, using a data-driven approach to test hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, product usage data, and competitor actions.

Product-Led Growth:

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to develop features that support growth initiatives, including seamless onboarding, in-app engagement, and personalized user experiences.
  • Use A/B testing and data analysis to continuously iterate on and improve the product’s conversion funnels, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and retention metrics.
  • Drive product optimizations aimed at improving conversion rates and reducing churn by integrating insights from user behavior analysis, feedback, and market research.
  • Align product and growth efforts with long-term revenue and business goals, ensuring that growth strategies contribute to sustained scalability.

Data and Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth, including funnel conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), churn, and cohort analysis, to inform product decisions and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to develop a robust data infrastructure that provides insights into user behaviors and growth opportunities.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude to drive data-informed decisions, tracking user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Regularly prepare growth reports and dashboards, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that growth initiatives are seamlessly integrated across all user touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with design and UX teams to ensure product improvements deliver a seamless and delightful user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely implementation of growth-focused product features, ensuring rapid iterations and testing cycles.
  • Act as a thought leader for growth best practices, evangelizing a growth mindset across the organization.

  • Foster a culture of continuous experimentation, encouraging quick, iterative testing to rapidly validate and scale new growth ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in product management or growth roles, preferably at a tech or product-driven company.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving user growth and engagement through product enhancements and data-driven strategies.
  • Experience working with growth and product tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user funnel optimization methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile product management practices and experience collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
