We are looking for a freelance Growth Operations Lead. Our ideal candidate will have a high results orientation and experience in operations, who can effectively lead the operations in Peru and has experience working with the U.S. market. He/ She should be adept at managing and growing teams while ensuring alignment with both local and international business objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, management, engineering, economics, or related).
• 5–6 years of experience in operations, process management, and team leadership.
• Experience in tech, consulting, marketing, mobile application industries - Mandatory
• Strong expertise in KPI management, data analysis tolos and Excel (macros essential).
• Fluent in English and Spanish. (mandatory)
• Proven experience working with U.S. markets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team to achieve operational goals.
• Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Designing, testing, and implementing effective operational tactics aligned with U.S. Market country's strategic objectives.
• Conducting data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational performance.
• Utilize BI tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Excel macros to automate reporting and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational growth.
• Ensure alignment of the Peru operations with overall business strategy.
