The role
As a growth marketer you specialize in driving business growth through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives. You use a blend of creativity and analytical skills to design, execute and optimize campaigns that increase customer acquisition, retention and revenue. Your expertise spans a range of digital channels, including paid advertising (PPC), social media and quote aggregators with an emphasis on paid search.
An accomplished growth marketer stays ahead of industry trends, leverages emerging technologies, and continuously adapts strategies to achieve measurable, scalable growth.
Your day-to-day
- Manage growth marketing channels such as Google Ads, Paid Social, Affiliate and Quote Aggregators across multiple lines of business
- Monitor and analyze performance with concise recommendations for optimization
- Deliver performance marketing reports on a weekly and monthly cadence
- Aggressively grow quote volume while maintaining CPB, CVR and Quality targets
- Customer journey optimization by enhancing user experiences across touchpoints to boost engagement and conversions
- Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop hypotheses and implement testing opportunities to improve unit economics, growth and profitability
- Partner with analytics to develop flagging, monitoring and insights reports leveraging Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint tools
About you
- Six or more years of experience managing paid media channels in-house/or via agency with proven track record of driving results to influence business outcomes
- Proficiency in data querying and analysis tools such as SQL, Google, Excel.
- Experience with Tableau, Python, and web analytics tools (e.g.,Looker, Adobe, Google Analytics, and Tableau).
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing best practices, testing, and optimization.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Atlassian, Asana).
- Knowledge of data privacy and governance policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and collaborative approach.

Salary: $150,000 to $180,000*
*Please note that the final salary offered will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, and experience, as well as the internal salary structure at Quanata. Our aim is to offer a competitive and equitable compensation package that reflects the candidate's expertise and contributions to our organization.

- Work from Home Equipment: Given our virtual environment— in order to set you up for success at home, a one-time payment of $2K will be provided to cover the purchase of in-home office equipment and furniture at your discretion. - Paid Time Off: All employees accrue four weeks of PTO in their first year of employment. - Location: We are a remote-first company for most positions so you may work from anywhere you like in the U.S, excluding U.S. territories. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or company gatherings. Employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area or in Providence, Rhode Island may commute to one of our local offices as desired.
- Hours: We maintain core meeting hours from 9AM - 3PM Pacific time for collaborating with team members across all time zones.
