Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, POP to lead the development and execution of our point-of-purchase (POP) marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving consumer applications through impactful POP strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless execution across various business verticals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, developing custom and scalable POP materials, and leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and merchant partners to enhance in-store engagement and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive POP strategies to drive consumer applications across various business verticals. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of POP marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet performance and ROI goals.
  • Custom POP Solutions: Design and implement customized POP materials and campaigns for large market accounts, ensuring alignment with Snap and merchant partners’ brand and marketing goals.
  • SMB POP Materials: Create scalable POP marketing materials and strategies for small and mid-size businesses to ensure widespread applicability and effectiveness.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for POP initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of POP materials.
  • Message Testing & Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform POP strategies and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Remediation Projects: Initiate and manage remediation projects to update or replace out-of-date POP materials, ensuring all collateral remains current and effective.
  • Budget Management: Manage the POP marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Innovation: Stay on top of new innovations and technologies that can be implemented into POP collateral to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and lead a committee to establish and implement best practices for POP marketing, ensuring alignment and effectiveness across all initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, retail merchandising, or point-of-purchase strategy, with a strong background in campaign management and vendor coordination.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, budget management, and A/B testing, with a keen ability to optimize POP effectiveness.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including sales, compliance, and creativity, as well as external vendors is essential.
  • A proven track record of driving consumer engagement through innovative marketing strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, and executing successful in-store marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are a must.
