As a Growth Marketing Manager II on Credit Karma’s paid marketing team, you will drive strategy and execution for the paid social media program. You should thrive in collaborative environments as you’ll be working alongside our Social Strategy, Brand, various agencies and other key stakeholders. This role requires a critical thinker with a strong appetite for testing and learning while driving forward best in class channel strategies and program growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversight and optimization of a 7 figure annual media and production budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business priorities
  • Implement tracking and measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of paid media campaigns, performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, growth marketing, analytics and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and a consistent brand experience across all social channels
  • Expand reach and relevance with new audiences through best in class social media strategies, partnering with the organic social teams and brand strategy on creative and culturally relevant content
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve overall business goals

Minimum Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of performance marketing or social media experience
  • Demonstrated experience scaling & optimizing large Paid Digital campaigns
  • Demonstrated tactical excellence in at least one of the following acquisition channels: Display Prospecting, Display Retargeting, or Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in ecosystem privacy policies like SKAN and ATT Prompts
  • Advanced Excel for Google Sheet skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency with SQL/BQ and Looker
  • 4+ years successfully create succinct and easy-to-understand reporting and analysis to optimize performance marketing and support the wider business and teams
  • 4+ years of demonstrating overall marketing strategy from forecasting, budgeting, and planning--to resource allocation, prioritization, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting
