The Role
We are looking for a Founder's Associate / Chief of Staff to work closely with our co-founders in a high-impact role that combines strategic execution, operational efficiency, and marketing support. You will be at the center of decision-making, helping to scale our business by taking ownership of critical projects and ensuring smooth execution. You’ll be leveraging AI in everything that you do, from your day-to-day operations to longer-term projects.
This is an ideal role for a highly ambitious individual with startup or scale-up experience in GTM (go-to-market) functions, who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and enjoys tackling complex challenges.
Your Responsibilities
✅ Strategic Support & Execution
- Act as a trusted partner to the founders, supporting them in key decisions and ensuring alignment across business priorities.
- Lead high-impact projects, taking them from idea to execution across operations, growth, and business development.
✅ Operational & Business Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
✅ Marketing & GTM Support
- Support in developing and optimizing growth strategies, including demand generation, sales, channel management and campaign execution.
- Work with external partners, and internal teams to amplify our market presence.
What We’re Looking For
🔥 Proven High Performance: You’ve excelled in a high-impact role in another startup or scale-up, particularly in GTM functions, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
🚀 Proactive & Initiative: You thrive in ambiguity, taking full ownership of challenges, and creatively navigating toward effective solutions.
🧠 Eagerness & Analytical Mindset: You love changing tasks & requirements, can break down complex problems logically, and flexibly adapt in a fast-moving environment.
💡 2-5 years of experience in a startup, consulting, venture capital, or high-growth tech company.
📈 Exposure to marketing, commercial, or operations is a plus.
🗣️ Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly and effectively to different stakeholders.
⚡ A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
