General Details:
- Fully remote position.
- Working hours (40 hours/week any timezone)

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in lead generation, growth marketing, or digital sales (B2B preferred)
- Experience managing SDR/BDR teams and optimizing lead qualification processes
- Multichannel strategy expertise (inbound/outbound + SEO)
- Proven track record with acquisition KPIs (Cost per Lead, conversion rates, etc.)
- Ability to guide SDR teams with data-driven mentoring

- CRM: Close.io, HubSpot (lead nurturing automation)
- Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (budget management)
- Analytics: GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar (funnel and behavior analysis)
