Who you are:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Co-op to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of affiliate marketing, business development, and partner management. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our affiliate program by supporting existing partners, identifying new opportunities, and assisting with marketing campaigns. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business, this role is for you!
This role is full-time (40 hours/week) from January-June 2025. Hometap has a Boston office where candidates are welcome to work, but candidates are able to work remotely within the United States on east coast hours.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Affiliate Program Growth:
    • Research potential affiliate partners and websites to identify new opportunities
    • Assist in reaching out to potential affiliates and marketplaces to initiate partnerships
    • Help onboard new affiliates by providing necessary information and support
  • Assist with Affiliate Partner Management:
    • Maintain a list of active affiliates and keep it updated with relevant details
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure partners have the materials they need to succeed
  • Help with Campaign and Creative Tasks:
    • Assist in creating and organizing marketing materials for affiliates
    • Support the team in coordinating and launching new affiliate campaigns
  • Reporting and Data Assistance:
    • Pull performance reports to track affiliate activities and program results
    • Assist in organizing data into clear and actionable summaries for the team
  • Learn and Grow:
    • Participate in team meetings to learn more about affiliate marketing and growth strategies
    • Stay updated on industry trends and share any interesting findings with the team

What you bring:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in marketing and business development
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus but not required
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
