We're expanding our world-class team and looking for a results-driven Growth Marketer to impact how millions of people around the world learn or discover something new like music, singing, drawing, and more. In this hands-on role within a multidisciplinary team, you'll lead the marketing strategy for short-form video content from ideation to execution. You’ll have a deep understanding of different audiences, how to communicate with them, and methodologically identify marketing initiatives in pursuit of aggressive growth goals.
What does a Growth Marketer do at Simply:
If you’re truly passionate about driving growth, have a deep understanding of audience behavior and the consumer journey, love cracking new channels and know how to create impactful video strategies and content, you might just be our special someone. You’ll work closely alongside product, developers, designers, and data analysts to drive value creation for business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Growth marketing: You’ll build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, aligned with our overall business goals and impact areas.
- Video specialist: You’ll lead content creation and performance across various platforms, pushing the Simply vision forward with engaging and high-converting content.
- Direct-to-consumer strategy: You’ll directly influence the journey of millions of people.
- Getting things done from start to finish: Working on multiple projects at a fast pace from conducting research, positioning, building the marketing strategy, hands-on execution, messaging, and measuring results. No challenge is too big!
- Audience-first thinking: Leading research and turning consumer-centric, quantitative, and qualitative insights into the right message for the right audience across multiple channels.
Experience and skills:
- 3-4 years of strategic marketing experience in a global, performance-oriented, consumer company, start-up or advertising agency
- Extensive experience with video content and strategy
- Deeply understand US audiences, the competitive landscape and all parts of the consumer journey, using audience-led thinking to determine the best way to achieve an outcome.
