About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to accelerate Flow’s growth by developing innovative, data-driven strategies and creating bold new experiences that attract consumers to our offerings. As Growth Innovation Lead, you will leverage our collective brand reach and deploy hands-on experimentation to uncover and scale impactful opportunities.

This is a high-impact role for a creative, results-oriented thinker who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You will combine data curiosity, a flair for bold ideation, and savvy with AI tools to redefine traditional approaches and drive leap-forward progress. Your ability to execute experiments, analyze performance, and refine strategies will be critical in transforming ideas into measurable success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative growth strategies that maximize Flow’s brand reach and convert interest into engagement
• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and refine approaches
• Pilot new ideas, tools, and techniques to test hypotheses, deliver quick results, and iterate for success
• Leverage AI-powered solutions to reimagine traditional growth methods and unlock new efficiencies
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations to align growth strategies with broader business goals
• Foster an environment that rewards innovation and embraces calculated risk-taking to achieve outsized results
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and adjust tactics as needed

Ideal Background

• At least 8+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree in a related field
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, take initiative, and deliver impact in high-growth or startup environments
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for extracting insights from data to inform strategy
• Demonstrated success in rapidly testing, iterating, and scaling innovative growth ideas
• Track record of generating bold, original ideas that challenge the status quo
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with a knack for applying them to unlock growth opportunities
• Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and aligning stakeholders around shared objectives
