About the role: As our Growth Campaign Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in the heart of our growth efforts. This position is a unique mix of analytical, creative, and strategic responsibilities, with the end goal of growing our active user base in a rapidly changing cryptocurrency landscape.

You’ll be expected to participate in designing and executing growth campaigns, monitor and analyze their success, and use these insights to inform future strategies. Moreover, you’ll be working in close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure all initiatives are cohesive and aligned with the company’s broader objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, designing, and executing growth campaigns aimed at user acquisition and reactivations.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics of our growth initiatives, using data to inform future decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the cryptocurrency space.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams such as CRM, data analytics and product to ensure aligned and effective growth strategies.
  • Assist in the development of effective growth frameworks based on learnings from both successful and unsuccessful campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.4+ years of experience in a growth marketing role; experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing metrics and data analysis
  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and digital wallets.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex ideas succinctly.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to rapid change.
