Are you our new Group Senior Financial Controller?
We are currently seeking a Senior Group Financial Controller with high experience from consolidation and understanding the processes of a consolidation function. As a Senior Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the organization, working within the Consolidation team and Group Finance. In this role, you will be involved in the preparation of quarterly reports and the annual financial statements, with a significant responsibility for compiling and drafting texts for sections of these reports.

What will you do:
- Participate and sometimes lead various projects related to Group Finance, Consolidation team and reporting,
- Participate and drive parts of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings for the group.
- Draft content, compile necessary disclosures, and collaborate with various stakeholders contributing to the financial section of the interim and annual reports, including ESEF tagging.
- Review and analyze financial reporting from subsidiaries, working closely with financial managers and Business Control
- Be the super user of the consolidation system, drive improvements and communicate with external supplier on system.
- Support subsidiaries regarding the group-level financial system (Cognos) and act as a sounding board for accounting-related issuesDevelop and document business processes and Finance routines to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Continuously support, develop, and improve existing processes and routines
- Supervise junior team members and drive consolidation and system knowledge within the consolidation team.
What we’re looking for:
- Work independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller during 5-10 years.
- Be pragmatic, proactive, and take initiative within Group Finance and the Consolidation team.
- Academic degree in Finance or Accounting
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) with excellent English skills
- Long experience with consolidation systems (e.g., Cognos)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience from a publicly listed company is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
