What you’ll do ​& Who you are

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Product Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead a team of product managers to enhance our two-sided marketplace and create a seamless experience for our buyers and sellers. You will shape our product vision, driving strategy, and collaborating with partners to deliver our latest products. You will have a hybrid working model where you will visit our modern downtown office twice per week.

What you'll do:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and advocate for product strategy, including defining medium-term vision and goals, and ensuring alignment with our goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of product managers, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Drive Vertical Businesses: Develop and implement strategies to grow specific verticals within the marketplace, identifying opportunities and defining success metrics.
  • Delivery Management: Identify issues in the sprints, remove blockers, and mitigate risks during product development to maximize outcomes.
  • User Insights: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new features.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing user needs, priorities, and technical constraints. Set data-informed goals to guide execution, teamwork, and alignment.
  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer support teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track indicators to measure product performance and inform decision-making. Articulate ROI and impacts of the product.
  • Go to Market: Contribute to the go-to-market strategy to provide feedback and suitable iterations following each product deployment.
  • Partner Management: Ensure support from partners and communicate product updates, strategies, and results.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to inspire creativity within the marketplace.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
  • Prior success in driving vertical business growth and launching products that enhance user experience.
  • Use data and insights to inform product development and a data-driven approach to product development.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences,
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Passionate about user experience and customer needs in a marketplace context.
