We're looking for a Group Product Manager to take ownership of our Player Accounts teams. You’ll work closely with our VP of Product, and internal cross-functional teams to explore, iterate, and build the future you strongly believe in.

What you’ll do:

  • Become an expert on the PrizePicks product and deeply understand our customers
  • Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboarding, payments, Responsible Gaming, compliance, and account management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, prioritization, and product delivery, including managing the product development lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond.
  • Synthesize customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve products, while ensuring a best-in-class user experience for existing features.
  • Manage a small team of product managers who also focus on the sub-teams within Player Accounts

What you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management along with experience in leading and mentoring teams
  • Ability to step in and begin managing three PMs while growing the team with new hires throughout the year
  • A focus on learning fast via experimentation
  • Experience working with internal compliance and payments teams
  • Obsession with new member onboarding and driving conversion
  • Worked on payments infrastructure and UX optimization
  • Entrepreneurial drive, passion about our mission, and deep empathy for our customers
  • Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores)

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience working closely with stakeholders in compliance, payments, and/or Responsible Gaming
  • Background driving experimentation and partnering with Analytics/Data Science
  • Great coaching skills to level up our existing Product teams
  • Obsessive about sports and/or gaming 

Where you’ll live:

  • While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates.
