The Group Product Manager for eCommerce is a strategic leader responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of PPG’s eCommerce platform.  You will oversee a team of Product Managers and directly manages one product team, ensuring that the platform delivers value to our customers and our employees. 
This role will require 5-10% travel. It is based in Pittsburgh, PA (USA) or Wroclaw, Poland. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage and mentor a team of three eCommerce Product Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery. 
•    Effectively foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture, encouraging continuous learning and improvement. 
•    Directly manage one product team, defining priorities, roadmaps, and objectives while applying modern techniques for product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management. 
•    Balance individual product responsibilities with broader team leadership duties. 
•    Shape the overall strategy and vision for the eCommerce platform in alignment with PPG’s business goals. 
•    Oversee the execution of critical initiatives, including expansion to new customer businesses and customer segments. 
•    Lead efforts to scale the platform across new regions, ensuring compliance with local requirements and tailoring platform features to meet diverse customer needs. 
•    Serve as a key liaison between engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment. 
•    Work with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer and business needs. 
•    Establish and track KPIs to measure platform performance and identify areas for improvement. 
•    Leverage analytics and experimentation to guide product strategy and decision-making at both team and organizational levels. 
•    Advocate for the eCommerce product team within PPG, securing necessary resources, aligning priorities with organizational objectives, and ensuring stakeholder expectations are met. 

Qualifications
•    3+ years of experience as an individual contributor in product management and demonstrated success managing and mentoring teams of Product Managers or equivalent roles. 
•    BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 
•    Experience with the ability to balance team leadership and individual contributor product management. 
•    Deep understanding of digital product development, especially in eCommerce platforms. 
•    Experience in building and influence relationships across cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, marketing, and sales. 
•    Experience leading complex projects such as multi-country rollouts and large-scale system integrations. 
•    Experience working in global teams or across multiple regions is a plus. 
•    Knowledge of order management systems, backend integrations, and API-driven solutions. 
•    Proficiency in interpreting data to inform strategy and drive decision-making.
