Position Summary
Contributes support for departments and department supervisors. Coordinates department activities, workflow, and resources to achieve daily goals. Maintains accuracy and performance standards and ensures compliance with safe work practices.
What you will do
- Conduct routine technical support tasks for the warehouse area under general supervision and communicate deviations from expected outcomes to internal team.
- Gather feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.
- Communicate with supervisor to determine departmental staffing needs and assignments.
- Arrange employee work assignments to support a balanced workload.
- Advise on problem resolution for employees using reports, summaries, and procedures.
- Assist with paperwork and audits and fills in for supervisor as needed.
- Take direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 year work experience
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience
Education
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $25.65
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
