We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Science Manager to join our team and lead impactful research projects that drive business growth. This individual will possess a deep understanding of consumer preference and behavior, robust research methodologies, and strong stakeholder management skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
How you will contribute

  • Design and implement research studies across a variety of methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies: Analyze research data and present compelling findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and consumer insights, to ensure research aligns with business needs and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external research vendors and agencies to ensure quality research execution and delivery.
  • Stay abreast of trends and best practices: Continuously learn and adopt new research methodologies and approaches to remain at the forefront of consumer science research.
  • Manage and develop junior Researchers and Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Degree in Science, Marketing Research, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in consumer research, with a proven track record of leading successful research projects.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and presentation, including Digital approaches and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex research findings to a variety of audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry.
