We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Ground Operations Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and manage ground operations activities, including but not limited to merchant onboarding and campaign POSM (Point of Sale Materials) distribution. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring seamless operational execution.

Your Adventure Ahead

• Lead, coordinate and manage all ground operations activities to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and stakeholders.
• Oversee POSM materials inventory, including stock tracking, distribution planning, and cost management
• Oversee end-to-end processes to ensure smooth operations and optimization.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless and efficient workflows.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities used for ground operations.
• Manage POSM materials, inventory, and storage spaces.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to ground operations.

Essentials to Succeed

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in ground operations, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/GSheet for data tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Flexibility to work varied hours and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
• Willingness to commute to various locations across Hong Kong (by zones).Ability to work in all weather conditions and on-site environments.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is mandatory.Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
