2-4 years' experience in SS finish grinding, Bead blasting, hand tools (pneumatic, and electric) Understanding of various types of media and grinding pads / When applicable.
General shop knowledge on workflow, using travelers, must understand drawings, layouts, job packets, and blueprints. Including the understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and finished parts.
Quality should be a high priority! experience with food grade equipment is preferred.
