Job Description:
We are seeking a talented hybrid Graphic Designer to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will provide creative graphic designs to support marketing efforts for customers in the real estate sector.
*This position is a hybrid-office position and requires regular office attendance in Albuquerque, NM.
Essential Functions:

Design marketing materials:
-
Listing flyers for homes for sale
-
Postcards
-
Brochures
-
Social media graphics
-
Door hangers
-
-
Order marketing materials on behalf of customers.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to obtain and provide necessary marketing resources.

Attend regular and after-hours work-related events as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a graphic designer.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher).

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Familiarity with Canva is a plus.

Quick learner with a team-oriented attitude and a passion for collaboration.
Physical/Mental Demands:

Ability to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Regular and consistent attendance is required.

Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information.

Ability to accept supervision and work overtime as requested.
