The Position

In this role, you’ll be part of our Design team, working closely with our brand and marketing team to produce high-quality, visually compelling content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and vision.

This is a hybrid position based in New York City - you’ll be required to come into our Brooklyn office at least 2 times a week along with the rest of the team. We work from home the rest of the week, but the office is always available in case you want to make use of it more often.

What you’ll do

• Create and iterate on all marketing and advertising design deliverables across multiple channels, platforms, and media (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc)
• Craft our visual language and value propositions as we evolve the Copilot Money brand
• Help analyze and guide our experimentation as we seek creatives that drive key performance marketing goals such as acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Pioneer and explore new marketing and advertising channels, like experiential and content marketing
• Facilitate brainstorming, participate in design reviews, and foster a creative culture in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment

What we’re looking for

• 3-4 years of experience
• Proven track record as a graphic designer with experience in either agency, brand, or both
• Curiosity about users' needs and a strong understanding of our product
• Ability to balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs to deliver meaningful impact
• Ability to work in hands-on design tasks with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to deliver on a high-paced production schedule without sacrificing quality
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools
• Knowledge of performance metrics, experience working with teams in marketing analytics, and testing/optimization techniques 
• Based in NYC

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected salary range for this role is $87,000 - $115,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
